Dave had performed with Dwaine back in their old college days, and when the RCR learned of his availability, they latched onto him and are clinging very tightly.    He brings a depth never before enjoyed by the River City Ramblers.  First, as an accomplished first tenor, Dave finds all those high notes--way up there--that no one else can reach.   Secondly, his guitar wizardry leaves you breathless.  An absolute fretboard virtuoso, one has to look closely to see that Dave's fingers never leave his hands.  Many of Dave's original guitar arrangements and harmonies are featured during the RCR's live performances.
